Every PDF report generated in Equipment Tracker Pro supports full company branding. Add your logo, company name, phone number, and email once in Settings — free, on any plan — and every report you generate with Pro — equipment inventory, filter size reports, refrigerant inventory, fire damper logs — will carry your identity at the top. The same logo prints on your QR tags on every plan: pick Company Logo under Label Header.

For independent contractors and small HVAC shops, a branded report is a professional calling card. When you hand a building owner or property manager a PDF that has your logo and contact information on it, that document does double duty: it documents the equipment and it markets your services.

How to Set It Up

Open the app and go to Settings. Every account sees the Company Profile card on the main settings page — it is not behind the paywall. Tap Add Company Logo to pick your logo from your photo library — the app copies it to permanent storage so it survives app updates and phone migrations. Enter your company name, phone number, and email, then tap Save Company Profile. On the web dashboard the same fields live on the Account page, under Company Profile & PDF Branding.

That is it. Your logo is immediately available on QR tags on any plan, and every PDF report you generate with Pro from that point forward will include your branding in a clean header at the top of the document, formatted professionally with your logo on the left and your contact information to the right.

Included in Backups

Your company profile is included in both ZIP exports and cloud sync. If you restore your database on a new device or after a reinstall, your company name, phone, email, and logo all come back with it. You set it once.

The logo is stored as a local file in the app's documents directory — not as a cloud-only reference — so it is available for PDF generation even when you are offline, on a rooftop with no signal.

Discovering the Feature

When you open the Reports screen for the first time after updating, you will see a small callout at the top if you have not set up a company profile yet. It links directly to the Settings card. Once your profile is set, the callout disappears and your branding starts appearing on every report automatically.
