- Locate QR Code Button: Open any equipment profile in the mobile app and tap QR CODE (captioned Print a label) in the row of buttons with FIND MANUALS, COPY DATA and REPORTS. The QR CODE button (captioned Print a label) on an equipment profile.
- Customize & Export Tag: In QR CREATOR, choose WEB LINK, TEXT or JSON. TEXT and JSON work on a free account; tapping WEB LINK on a free account explains what the paid mode adds instead of just blocking you. Pick PDF TAG or PNG IMAGE, a Label Size from 1" x 1" to 4" x 6", and a Label Header such as Company Logo, then tap SAVE PDF or SHARE QR PDF (SAVE IMAGE or SHARE QR IMAGE for a PNG). Customizing the format (WEB LINK, TEXT, JSON), label size, header, and downloading the tag.

Most of the older guides carry real app screenshots; the newer ones are short worded walk-throughs that name the real buttons.
Are these guides specific to mobile or web?
Each guide has a Mobile App / Web Dashboard toggle, but most of the detailed step-by-step content lives on the mobile app (iOS & Android) since that's where most features live today. The web dashboard has its own overview guide, and we're adding more web-specific guides as dashboard features expand.
Can I access these guides offline?
The guides website needs an internet connection. On the phone, core tracking works fully offline — your equipment records, parts and maintenance logs are readable and editable in zero-signal zones — while AI scanning, AI diagnostics, cloud sync and hosted QR pages need a connection.
